SHIRE OF MERREDIN: FEE AND CHARGES
Pursuant to Sections 6.16 and 6.17 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Merredin would like to advise that the schedule of fees and charges have been amended. A copy of the new schedule is available from the Shire Administration Office and on the Shire of Merredin website www.merredin.wa.gov.au . These changes are effective from 1 July 2012.
SHIRE OF MERREDIN FEES AND CHARGES 2012-2013
Please be aware that fees and charges for Theatre hire have changed since the 2011-2012 financial year. PLEASE ensure that you are using up to date hire forms.
The Cummins Theatre can be hired as a complete complex or as individual spaces.
Please select the appropriate Hire Form combination from the below:
Complete Hire Form 2012-13
This is for when you wish to hire the complete venue including the Theatre, Tivoli room, Kitchen and Bar areas as well as your requirements for Box Office & Marketing, Lighting & AV and Sound
If you do not require the Complete Hire Formthan please select the require sections from the below options:
Theatre and Tivoli Room Hire 2012-13
Only these two spaces
Theatre Only 2012-13
When only using the Theatre and Backstage Area
Tivoli Room 2012-13
When only using the Tivoli Room and the Courtyard area -
Please be aware that the Bar Area attachment also needs to be filled out if Alcohol is being served. The use of this space in included in the hire of the Tivoli Room.
The theatre is an unlicensed venue and requires the hire to obtain an Occasional Liquor Licenses when Alcohol is being sold during the event. Please see the below link to the Occasional Liquor Licenses terms and conditions.

Kitchen Hire 2012-13
I you wish to use the Kitchen. Please note additional fees do apply.
Bar Area attachment 2012-13
Please be aware that the Bar Hire attachment only needs to be filled out if Alcohol is being served at the event. The use of the Bar space in included in the hire of the Tivoli Room. Tivoli room hire form must be completed if you wish to use the Bar Area.

Office & Marketing Requirements 2012-13
If your Event requires ticketing and/or you wish the Cummins Theatre to assits in the marketing of your event. Additional fees do apply.
Lighting & AV Requirement 2012-13
Lighting and AV equipment and Staff requirements. Basing lighting requirements are included in the venue hire but additional fees may apply.
Sound Requirements 2012-13
Sound equipment and Staff requirements. Basing sound requirements are included in the venue hire but additional fees may apply.
