Where the application is made on behalf of an organisation or body of persons, the applicant shall state the name of such organisation and the authority of the applicant for making such application. A verbal or written booking is not confirmation of a booking until the Cummins Theatre Hire Application document is completed and signed by the hirer and the Theatre Manager 3         SET UP AND PACK DOWN   (Bump In & Bump Out) Set up and Pack down times are to be specified on your Hire Application and must be observed.
