Who can operate the technical equipment?

Cummins Theatre does not have technicians on site. Venue staff are able to provide a basic level of tech service for events, alternatively:

  • You may bring a technician with you. Please provide us with the name, contact details and any qualifications for the technician (including Working With Heights, Riggers Licences etc)

Alternatively, you may provide your own equipment for use with your show. This equipment must be compatible with the Cummins Theatre, must not damage the existing equipment, and must be of suitable quality for use within the theatre.

Technicians must read and sign SOPs for use of the Stage Hoist or Access to the Mezzanine, and be inducted into the venue before work begins.
